This website is operated by Eternal Moret Pitch. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eternal Moret Pitch. By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services worldwide.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All products sold on EternalPitch are authentic football items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Due to the vintage and collectible nature of our products, slight signs of age or wear may occasionally be present and are considered part of the product’s authenticity and character.

Exchanges are generally not accepted due to the unique nature of vintage products.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product colors, details, sizing information and photographs as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

Some shirts may feature professionally applied aftermarket name and number prints. Whenever applicable, this is always clearly mentioned in the product description.

If a name set is original from the time of release, this will also be clearly stated.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – MYSTERY BOXES

Mystery Boxes contain randomly selected authentic football shirts.

Customers may indicate up to 3 clubs they do not want to receive before checkout. While we will do our best to respect these preferences, specific shirts, players or teams cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the random nature of Mystery Boxes, returns are accepted exclusively as EternalPitch store credit.

Returned Mystery Box items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

SECTION 4 – PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and may be modified at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Switzerland:
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post and are generally delivered within 1–2 business days.

Europe:
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Worldwide:
Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM (CET), excluding Swiss public holidays, are usually shipped the same day.

Customers will automatically receive a tracking number by email once their parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery delays caused by postal services, customs or carriers are outside of our control.

Custom duties, taxes and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

SECTION 7 – LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost, delayed or damaged during transit, please contact your local postal service or carrier first using your tracking number.

Our team will also gladly assist you whenever possible.

Eternal Moret Pitch cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.

SECTION 8 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our website.

We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites and disclaim all liability related to their use.
