Eligible Products: We accept returns for football jerseys within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should preferably be in the original packaging.

Refund Processing: If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period.

Non-Refundable Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards, are ineligible for returns.

Exchange Delivery Time: The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live (10 to 15 business days).

High-Value Product Returns: If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Replacement Items: We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Item Exchange Procedure: If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the "Contact Us" page. In this email, please include the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and evidence (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items). Then, send your item to the address provided on your package.

Order Cancellation: No order cancellations are possible after shipment.
