This exceptional piece was acquired directly by EternalPitch from Ivan Moret, a former Neuchâtel Xamax player during the 1980s. In the 1981-82 UEFA Cup, Neuchâtel Xamax faced Sporting CP on 25 November 1981 in Lisbon (0-0) and again on 9 December 1981 in Neuchâtel (1-0). This direct provenance, combined with our careful verification of the shirt’s materials, construction and period-specific details, gives us strong confidence that it is a 100% original period shirt.
